Gebr. Heinemann, a leading retailer and distributor in international travel retail, relies on powerful commerce platforms. To ensure stable, professional operation, we have established a structured AMS. Our services included extended monitoring for proactive error analysis, planning and implementation of updates and upgrades, security and incident management, and log analysis for root cause analysis. We were also responsible for technical documentation, supported the internal DEV team, and handled communication with external platform partners. The goal was to identify errors early on, stabilize ongoing operations, and specifically relieve the internal team. Based on our long-standing collaboration and proven expertise in the SAP commerce environment, Gebr. Heinemann chose us again—with the goal of making this area of responsibility future-proof.
