Shortcuts to the project
DERTOUR Suisse AG is one of Switzerland's leading tourism companies and part of the Europe-wide DERTOUR Group. With brands such as KUONI, Helvetic Tours, ten specialist tour operators, and over 70 travel agencies throughout the country, the company offers a wide range of travel experiences—made possible by around 1,000 dedicated employees. Our task: to rethink and expand the digital presence of Kuoni.ch in a targeted manner. Together, we are developing a clear digital strategy, sharpening the brand profile through target group-oriented expertise content, and continuously driving forward the technical development of the platform. The focus is primarily on addressing a younger target group – through a modern user experience, innovative technologies, and relevant content at all digital touchpoints. The collaboration is characterized by genuine team spirit, open communication, and a shared commitment to achieving sustainable success in digital sales.
Why DERTOUR Suisse relies on our digital expertise and AI competence
The start of the collaboration was no coincidence: our client, who previously held a management position at TUI Germany, already knew us from successful projects – and decided to work with us again at DERTOUR Suisse. In addition to the existing relationship of trust, the decisive factor was our strong expertise in the field of artificial intelligence and digital transformation.
What further sets us apart is that we do not see ourselves as a traditional service provider, but as an active part of a joint “one team.” This spirit of partnership has shaped our collaboration from the very beginning – open, solution-oriented, and with a clear focus on impact.
Strategy, content, and technology all had to be addressed simultaneously – all “swimlanes” started in parallel. This required a high degree of coordination, agility, and teamwork from the outset – exactly what we excel at.
Sustainable project success – smartly networked, clearly data-driven
Right at the start, all content-related and technical goals were defined using an OKR model (Objectives and Key Results). This creates transparency, promotes prioritization, and ensures that everyone involved in the project is working toward a common goal. Relevant data is continuously collected, analyzed, and evaluated—enabling us to respond quickly and effectively at any time. In a dynamic environment such as digital tourism distribution, this is a decisive factor for success.
Close, interdisciplinary collaboration is particularly valuable: a constant flow of information across all teams and levels ensures that everyone thinks outside the box. This networked approach not only creates speed, but also quality – and lays the foundation for sustainable project results.
