The team at neusta Grafenstein in Berlin has gained an exciting new client for its portfolio: the Japanese tourism agency JNTO. The full-service communications agency will now support the client for a year, mainly in PR, online events and e-learning.

In addition to numerous PR measures, the main components of the contract include support for online events and e-learning as well as the aim of getting new tour operators excited about the Far Eastern destination. "Through close media cooperation, compelling content as well as press and blogger trips in the second half of the year, we want to enable Japan to make a successful tourism restart after the pandemic," says Frank Grafenstein, Managing Director of neusta Grafenstein. The aim is to increase Japan's market presence, make new contacts in the travel industry and train travel industry employees to become true Japan experts.
