Bremen, 15 April 2021 - From summer 2021, team neusta will be supporting VfL Wolfsburg as a partner in the field of digitalization. The focus will be on customer relationship management (CRM). Specifically, it involves the design, development and implementation of a CRM system at B2B and B2C level. The aim is to offer fans and partners an optimal and professional service.
As an "official digital supplier", team neusta is taking on the task of setting up a CRM system for the Wolves that is precisely tailored to the club's needs. The system will make it easier to interact with fans and partners in the future: contacting, processing concerns and process management will be set up more effectively. This will also create a unique experience for fans and partners off the pitch. "With the jointly initiated projects, we are taking the next step with neusta to optimally position our club for future digital challenges. The professional project support provided by various technical and methodological experts is also helping us to simplify internal processes and build up new methodological expertise," says Eike Humpert, Head of Digitalization at VfL Wolfsburg.
