The task was to develop a tailor-made customer portal. The challenge: to replace the existing download area of the website and decentralized tools for encrypted transfer of parcIT's individual service portfolio with a modern, secure and modularly expandable portal solution.

Operation Liferay DXP Cloud

The use of the DXP Cloud infrastructure makes it possible to maximize customer benefits right from the start of the project and to focus on the transformation of the affected business processes by providing the necessary infrastructure flexibly and quickly. In just five months of development time, we developed a new modern service portal, which now provides the basis for continuous further development. From now on, it enables secure and convenient access to individual services and includes a notification service as well as a personal approach and communication.
