For the travel provider Travel Partner, we carried out a comprehensive relaunch of their white label e-commerce platform, which provides tailor-made travel offers. Our tailor-made solution enables the offers created by Travel Partner to be seamlessly integrated into partner websites. With detailed descriptions, attractive images and a user-friendly Internet Booking Engine (IBE), end customers are offered a comfortable, high-performance and smooth booking experience. Travel Partner now has the opportunity to launch new partner channels in their CI at any time, independently of us as a service provider.

Successful performance improvement for travel partners

By introducing a new DMC software (booking platform), Travel Partner has reorganized the company's entire IT infrastructure. This also provided the opportunity to fundamentally revise and modernize the existing B2C white label solution. With the new solution, we were able to significantly reduce loading times. The platform is now hosted in the highly available and scalable cloud environment of Amazon Web Services (AWS), which makes it possible to make offers available online in seconds via the DMC software. Instead of caching data, it is retrieved directly from the leading system and made available via our solution. These changes have led to a significant increase in efficiency at Travel Partner, which relieves the burden on employees and gives them more freedom to concentrate on their core business.

Real-time frontend and flexible content control for travel offers

Our solution integrates Travel Partner's offers seamlessly into partner websites and offers end customers a smooth booking experience. In addition, Travel Partner can independently launch new partner channels, like: Limango Travel, 25 Secret Places and Magic Mountains. The numerous front ends can be customized using different templates and customization options. A complex homepage control system, including a preview and archive function, allows channel-specific offers to be displayed to the minute. New offers are imported from the booking system in real time via an interface and are available for further processing by editors. In addition to the trips offered by Travel Partner, partners have the option of adding their own tourism products to the back end and displaying them in parallel.

We are currently working on implementing numerous new functions for the partner channels in order to continue to meet the needs of our partners in the best possible way. In close cooperation, we are continuously optimizing the booking experience for Travel Partner customers. In the future, we plan to expand the offering to include other travel provider websites of well-known brands.
