Heinemann, a leading travel retail expert, operates stores at airports, on cruise ships, in downtown shops and other locations worldwide. Together with our SAP experts, the company successfully implemented the rollout of a B2C web store for Kuala Lumpur Airport. This rollout marks a significant milestone in Gebr. Heinemann's global expansion and underscores our expertise in developing scalable e-commerce solutions. The aim of the project was to implement the existing web shop solution at the Kuala Lumpur location and to integrate new functionalities, including the payment provider Adyen. The international dimension of the project posed a particular challenge, as it was the first major expansion outside the EU and Australia. With the successful implementation, Gebr. Heinemann was able to further drive its global growth and strengthen its market presence.
