From June 28, 2025, companies will have to make their digital offerings accessible - a legal requirement that will give millions of people unrestricted access to digital content. But accessibility brings more than just legal certainty: it improves the user experience, increases SEO and conversion rates and strengthens the brand image through active inclusion.
Accessible websites and apps make it easier for people with visual, hearing, cognitive or motor disabilities in particular to use the internet. However, users with temporary limitations, such as an injured hand or blinding sunlight on the display, also benefit from clear structures, good readability and alternative navigation paths.
The Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG) affects all companies that offer digital products or services to the general public - including public bodies, online stores, e-commerce platforms and companies with digital communication channels. Act now and implement digital accessibility at an early stage!

Our services
We check your website for digital accessibility and ensure that it complies with the WCAG guidelines and the European Accessibility Act (EAA). In a detailed report, we show you all identified barriers - from insufficient color contrasts and missing alternative texts to problems with keyboard operation. In addition, you will receive customized recommendations for action to make your website legally compliant, barrier-free and accessible for all users. This way, you not only ensure inclusion, but also secure a future-proof digital presence!
Free initial consultation
Joint discussion to determine the type and scope of the audit. In the kickoff, the pages to be tested are identified, possible counter-proposals or recommendations are discussed and the final group of pages is defined.
Audit and test phase
Once the offer has been prepared, the test is carried out by UX and accessibility experts. The defined pages are analyzed for accessibility in accordance with the specified test criteria.
Evaluation
The accessibility problems identified are assessed according to their criticality and presented with illustrative examples, descriptions of findings and recommendations for action.
Presentation of results
In the results presentation, we present the analysis results, identified barriers and recommendations. We clarify any queries and discuss the next steps to ensure a sustainable improvement in accessibility.

Your questions - Our answers
What are the “low hanging fruits” of accessibility?
These are easy-to-implement measures that quickly bring improvements, e.g. adjusting colors, adding alt texts or optimizing keyboard navigation.
What are the consequences of non-compliance?
From June 28, 2025, many companies will have to make their digital products accessible. Companies that do not meet the requirements of the BFSG risk warnings or lawsuits. Penalties can amount to up to €100,000 and, in the worst case, the service could be shut down. Authorities and consumer protection organizations can report violations and impose sanctions.
Can I get certified with you?
No, we do not offer or endorse certifications. A certification is only a snapshot in time and can change again with every change or new feature on the website. Furthermore, there is no legal obligation for certification.
More important than a certificate is the continuous removal of barriers.
How can I integrate accessibility sustainably?
Accessibility should be incorporated into the development process at an early stage with the help of e.g. training of developers, designers and editors, regular testing with assistive technologies, automated and manual checks during development.
