Shortcuts to the project
The aim of the new job portal was to position the Inner Mission as an exciting employer, optimize the entire application process, and present information about the association's work and employment opportunities in a centralized and unified manner. To this end, we also adapted the Inner Mission logo. Finally, we developed a comprehensive outdoor and online recruitment advertising campaign on social networks. The newly designed corporate site for customers enables barrier-free access thanks to its user-friendly design and easy-to-understand language.
Our approach
Workshop for defining the target group
After defining the target group, we used a special visual language to illustrate the “inner mission” of each individual job with the help of an elaborate photo shoot. To optimize the entire application process, we integrated a professional personnel management tool called “d.vinci” to enable centralized applications and clear access to information. We placed the recruiting campaign online and throughout the city of Bremen. To this end, we developed posters, roll-ups, and postcards.
Workshop for the implementation of the new website
The aim was to address the target group with a clear and modern website. Barrier-free access and the integration of easy-to-read language were particularly important to us. We therefore dispensed with complex features and instead incorporated clear and simple menu navigation. To create a distinctive visual language, we designed a unique and meaningful illustration for each area of work of the Verein für Innere Mission in Bremen, characterized by its uniqueness and recognizability.
