Website relaunch and configuration for ROLAND

We carried out a complete overhaul of the websites for ROLAND Rechtsschutz-Versicherungs-AG, followed by a relaunch.

Shortcuts to the project

Following our relaunch of the main website for ROLAND Rechtsschutz-Versicherungs-AG in 2015, we carried out a rebrush in spring 2018. As part of this, we implemented a private and business customer configurator for taking out insurance policies online. Since then, we have been working closely with ROLAND to continuously develop their website. We have now been commissioned to carry out a contemporary relaunch of the entire website. To this end, we implemented a new business customer configurator at the beginning of 2020 and redesigned the CMS FirstSpirit. In September 2020, ROLAND's main website went online. Further relaunches are in the planning stage.

The result

Despite its new, contemporary, and responsive design, ROLAND's new website still features the familiar and proven configurator. We introduced supporting elements in the user guidance, such as a target group-based quick start on the home page. This is intended to help users find the right insurance as quickly as possible.

Overall, the ROLAND Group now presents itself as customer-oriented and approachable thanks to highly personalized content and corresponding imagery.
