Shortcuts to the project
The German industrial company HANSA-FLEX is the leading system provider in fluid technology – for over 55 years, its core business has been the manufacture of hydraulic hoses. Our task was to merge the HANSA-FLEX online catalog and online shop into a new design. In addition, the digital platform had to be available in 41 countries and in over 20 languages. The result of our collaboration is the X-CODE Manager – a digital platform for ordering and managing hydraulic hoses and components. Customer centricity is our focus and can be incorporated at every stage thanks to our agile working methods – guaranteeing a holistic user experience. Our creation developed a uniform design language with a high recognition value, which was also incorporated into the design of the website and thus picks up customers at all digital touchpoints.
Excellent customer relations pay off
Intensive collaboration between our team and HANSA-FLEX, along with the involvement of selected end customers, paved the way for the success of the X-CODE Manager. User requirements, product strategies, and new digital solutions were important components of the project, which we developed with the entire team in regular workshops. During the development and design processes, we established regular user tests and customer interviews for the X-CODE Manager. We incorporated new findings step by step into the subsequent development phases. From the outset, our UX team pursued a systemic and modular design approach. What makes this special? The UI elements are maximally scalable, consistent, and variable in their application. In this way, the team ensures efficient, sustainable development and a holistic brand experience across all digital touchpoints.
