At PROLIFE Homecare GmbH, we successfully implemented the Salesforce B2B marketing automation tool Pardot for online sales.

Shortcuts to the project

In order to optimize its existing sales and marketing processes and thus make more efficient use of opportunities, PROLIFE Homecare GmbH sought a partner that would enable it to improve its positioning and further expand its online sales. After an intensive project phase, the new B2B marketing automation tool Salesforce Pardot was created.

The process

  1. Portal revision

    Revision of existing PROLIFE portals as a conceptual and content-based foundation for consistent user guidance and conversion optimization.

  2. Implementation & Coordination

    Implementation of the defined measures in close cooperation and with regular exchange and coordination meetings.

  3. Introduction to Marketing Automation

    Introduction of Salesforce Pardot for structured lead generation, qualification, and scaling of online sales.

Why Salesforce Pardot?

In addition to optimizing sales and marketing processes, we wanted to generate more leads online in order to automate and personalize our approach to prospective customers in online sales. With the integration of the new B2B marketing automation tool Salesforce Pardot, PROLIFE is now able to address prospective customers online personally and communicate with them automatically. It is also a very future-proof cloud system, which we keep up to date through regular maintenance.
