Shortcuts to the project
We are a long-standing partner of MOSOLF GmbH and are constantly developing the digital platform for handling their transport services from group brands to manufacturers. Now, additional makes from other manufacturers have been added. In addition, the platform should support the organization of transports of used and new cars throughout Europe. With a sophisticated set of rules that automates dispatching and provides automatic dispatching for carriers in all European mainland countries, the degree of digitization of the processes should be significantly increased.
The path to digital process support
Requirements analysis and coordination
Development of requirements in close cooperation with MOSOLF's specialist departments, internal IT, and the car manufacturer's logistics partner.
Modular implementation
Successful commissioning of the first module (automatic scheduling) in December 2020.
Functional expansion
Gradual introduction of additional modules, including uniform contract numbers and quality assurance support.
Rollout and scaling
Expansion of automatic scheduling to Europe-wide transport for freight forwarders in all European mainland countries and integration of additional vehicle models from other manufacturers.
Fully digitally supported overall process
Mapping and support of the entire transport and scheduling process through the application—completely digital and in accordance with the customer's plans.
