We developed an analytics tool for events. The tool provides insights for live, digital, and hybrid events. Data from AI-based visitor flow analysis, social sentiments, and other data sources are combined in an integrated dashboard to enable the measurement of event success.

The knw. platform analyzes customizable event KPIs for its customers and displays them in a dashboard using tools that are partially AI-supported. The platform enables companies to measure and compare the return on investment of their events and thus optimize future events.

Application highlights

We defined and implemented the product architecture using a domain-driven design process. A strong focus was placed on software quality. Test-driven development, automated testing, and pair programming have resulted in knw., a scalable platform with high code quality. Regular architecture reviews ensure continuous quality assurance.

Diagrams and KPI analyses are summarized on clearly structured report pages and can be downloaded via export. This provides a comprehensive overview of an event's success. Session analyses provide insights into the success of individual sessions at events. It is possible to assess in detail how well sessions, areas, and speakers perform at an event. With knw., data-driven events can be further optimized—for an optimal experience for event visitors.
