Shortcuts to the project
Back in 2015, we relaunched ROLAND's main website and other online presences. As part of this, we implemented a configurator for private and business customers to take out insurance policies online. Since then, we have been entrusted with the technical support and further development of the website, as well as the technical implementation of other ROLAND websites and product-specific configurators. In 2023, we designed and implemented the relaunch of the private customer purchase process. The implementation was carried out in collaboration with the UX experts at ROLAND Rechtsschutz-Versicherungs-AG. The front-end development framework “Frontwerk” was used for this project.
The result
The final stage of ROLAND impresses with a modern and responsive design. Potential customers receive supportive user guidance from a wizard through the customization of the configurator: This determines the right insurance for customers based on personal queries. We have also taken editors into account—the content modules are easy to maintain and can also be used flexibly elsewhere on the website. Further projects are planned for the future: Due to the new corporate design, ROLAND's websites are currently undergoing a revamp. These pages are scheduled to go live in 2024.
