The DiPP (Digital Programs and Products) project supports Clean Sky 2, a European research program aimed at reducing aircraft emissions and noise, funded by Horizon 2020. It offers tools and functions for optimizing work processes, project and budget planning, and creating reports in various formats. DiPP enables the management of research programs, contracts, and projects, including the administration of users and companies as well as the assignment of roles and permissions. Close cooperation with end users ensures the continuous optimization of processes and user interfaces.

The central platform for the European cutting-edge research program

DiPP (Digital Programs and Products) serves as a project management support platform for Clean Sky 2, Europe's most significant research program for reducing CO2 and gas emissions as well as aircraft noise. Special features of the application:

Configurability: The application is highly configurable. Each feature can be customized for each project, including display and functionality, as well as individual workflows and activation/deactivation of functions.

Testing: Development is supported by multiple test environments. End-to-end testing with Playwright, functional testing with Karate, and unit testing for individual components ensure an error-free application. Tests are executed automatically in a test pipeline.

Architecture: DiPP uses a microservice architecture with microservices for JSReport, Camunda, and nextcloud, as well as SQL databases, back-end (ASP.NET API and OData), and front-end (Angular, Nebular, Angular Material, RXJS).
