In sports and business, the perception, analysis, and monitoring of dynamic developments within teams is becoming increasingly important. For mps consulting GmbH, a consulting and coaching service provider, we took on the design and development of an internet-based web application for the team diagnostic tool loups®, which enables anonymous, fast, and flexible implementation as well as automatic evaluation of surveys. The solution offers coaches and consultants effective support for sustainable team development. The goal was to develop a user-friendly, internet-based application for team surveys that are automatically evaluated and visualized. loups® was designed to enable the collection and management of team data, provide all evaluations, and ensure a long-term view of team development.
