Optimizing the security of a Microsoft Azure tenant

With our expertise in IT security, we were able to help our tourism client significantly improve their Microsoft tenant and prove ourselves as a digital partner.

Shortcuts to the project

Our IT security team was able to demonstrate its expertise: they advised and assisted our customer in the tourism industry with improving a Microsoft Azure tenant. The goal was to advise on security aspects and find a solution appropriate for the size of the company, rather than overshooting the mark with oversized approaches. The result of our work is a significantly more secure Microsoft tenant on the customer's side. In addition, we were able to gain the customer's full trust and present ourselves as reliable experts in the field of IT security.

The customer from the tourism industry had already approached us with various issues in the past. Thanks to the previously successful collaborations, we were now also able to take care of the issue of IT security. The project was launched in July 2023. Just a few months later, in December, our project team had already implemented the key points.

Our services

License management:

We have eliminated unused licenses, thereby providing customers with a clearly measurable financial advantage.
 

Role concept:

The revised role-based access control has been proven to offer greater protection for the customer's tenant.
 

Conditional access:

The newly introduced conditional access rules will make it more difficult for attackers to gain unauthorized access to customer resources in the future.
 

Backup strategy

The Veeam backup solution significantly improves data security for customers.

Outlook

Further collaborations are planned for the future, for example to monitor the effectiveness of the measures. This shows us that we have been able to score points with both our expertise and our reliability. Our IT security experts are constantly working to position themselves even more strongly in the future with certifications.
