Shortcuts to the project
Our customer discovered the advantages of Microsoft 365 and needed support with the rollout in its subsidiaries. To ensure the sustainable introduction of MS Teams, we provided four trainers for Microsoft 365. Two trainers were present at each of the two training sessions, with one trainer available to answer questions and monitor the chat history in MS Teams, while the other trainer conducted the training.
Two training concepts
Basic training
In a basic training course, two of our trainers explained to employees how to use Teams.
Advanced training for experts
In order to train some of the employees to become Teams experts and the first points of contact within the company, two additional trainers conducted a separate training course.
