Rollout of B2C web shop: Copenhagen Airport

Our client Gebr. Heinemann commissioned us to roll out a B2C web shop for Copenhagen Airport. The aim was to expand the existing web shop solution and optimize it with new features such as guest checkout, Adyen integration, additional payment methods, and customs information in order to sustainably increase customer satisfaction and efficiency.

Our client, Gebr. Heinemann, is a global retailer and distributor in travel retail, offering a wide range of products at airports, on cruise ships, and in diplomatic facilities. Working closely with the client, our SAP experts successfully rolled out the B2C web shop specifically for Copenhagen Airport within a few months. The goal was to adapt the existing web shop solution and add new features. The new features implemented include a guest checkout, integration of the payment service provider Adyen Dropin, support for new payment methods such as Dankort and Mobile Pay, the integration of customs information, and new types of promotions and product catalogs.
