With a modern online shop that combines consulting expertise and e-commerce performance, Princess Kinderwagen has taken the next step into the digital future and emerged victorious. The family business with over 150 years of history is now one of the largest baby specialty stores in Germany. We had little to no work to do to convince them, as the customer is absolutely open to change and technical innovations. The customer immediately won us over with their passion and commitment to their customers—the synergy was the key to success! It was important to Princess Kinderwagen that the personal touch was also part of the digital experience. Their specialty is providing comprehensive advice to (expectant) parents, who are happy to return because they not only feel well taken care of, but are also impressed by Princess Kinderwagen's customer service. The shopping experience should go beyond a simple purchase and be reflected in product suggestions, sustainable product handling, and targeted upselling measures. The new solution is based on Shopify and was designed by us to combine technical stability, growth potential, a strong user experience, and well-thought-out sales measures, while always focusing on advice and customer service.
