During the first few days, the new trainees got to know their trainers and future colleagues from the individual subsidiaries, were given a tour of the shed, had lunch together, were able to ask a few of the managing directors questions and built Lego robots. They also learned the basics of smooth collaboration. For example, they were taught some basic IT skills: They were given an introduction to the use of tools such as Microsoft Teams and Confluence.
In the second week, a simulation game and the big trainee day were on the agenda. The 2nd and 3rd year trainees also took part in the trainee day. Together they went to the Unisee, where they built rafts, went geocaching and had a barbecue.
The onboarding program is very important for the new trainees as they start their careers and find their way around the Group. Once again, welcome to the digital family!
