The Special Olympics World Games are the world's largest sporting event in which people with and without intellectual disabilities take part. As host city, the city of Bremen welcomed and received around 230 members of the Special Olympics delegation from the USA. After arriving from the States, the athletes traveled from Berlin to Bremen in coaches and arrived at Schuppen Eins. There they were greeted by Fabian Gutsche, Managing Director of neusta software development, Fin Bartels, former Werder Bremen professional and Prof. Dr. Wegner, President of Special Olympics Germany, among others. This was followed by a welcome event with a delicious barbecue and a nice get-together. It was a pleasure and an honor for us to be able to welcome the US team to our company and to do our part as a sponsor.
