The program includes, among other things: Get-to-know-you sessions with our managing directors, colleagues and trainers, a scavenger hunt through the offices, workshops on various topics to get you started, including working with Scrum, internal and external communication and the use of Outlook and Microsoft Teams. The program also includes various business games, for example on IT security and diversity.
In the second week, the annual trainee event will take place, bringing together all trainees from the three years of training and all trainers.
The onboarding weeks are an important part of our training to make it easier to start your career and everyday life in our Group. This is where the first contacts are made and basic content is taught before vocational school begins.
