Our ticketing solution for the Sendesaal Bremen has been in use since June 19. Since its introduction, ticket sales have been significantly higher than in the same period last year - a complete success. The ticketing solution from neusta sports is specially tailored to the needs of cultural venues. A simple interface that guides visitors to the Sendesaal quickly and without distraction to the exact seat booking and enables modern payment methods such as PayPal and, in the near future, Klarna and SEPA direct debit. The so-called jacket seat rule ensures the best possible utilization of the rooms by avoiding empty seats between individual bookings.

The Sendesaal was looking for a modern solution and found it with neusta sports. Previously, it was not possible to buy tickets online. “In future, concert-goers will be able to book their tickets for their exact seat, making long queues at the box office and in front of the hall door a thing of the past. The great thing is that we have a really tailor-made system: the motivated team of developers at neusta sports and ticketing expert Rainer Glaap have ensured that all guests can now get their tickets and preferred seats in the listed hall quickly and easily,” says Elisabeth Champollion, artistic director of the Sendesaal. The online tickets can be downloaded as a PDF document, placed in the wallet on a smartphone or accessed directly after logging in to your own online ticketing account.

The neusta sports team, which is already successful in sports ticketing, has implemented the most important features for cultural ticketing within a very short space of time - moving away from games and stadiums to events and concert schedules. “Having already gained a lot of experience in the field of sports ticketing, we were able to gain valuable insights into cultural ticketing with the Sendesaal and implement them in a practical system. We are looking forward to a successful season together,” says Carsten Meyer-Heder, owner and managing director of team neusta.

A particular challenge of the project was the “sporty” schedule: Specification, implementation and commissioning of the new solution, including the implementation of new functions, had to be completed within two and a half months. With the active support of ticketing expert Rainer Glaap, operation of the new system was able to start as planned with the press conference for the new season on June 19. Since then, ticket sales have been running smoothly. From the start of the season in September, tickets will be sold at the box office at low cost using receipt printers. Access control will be carried out simply by scanning purchased tickets using a smartphone.
