This year, 251 companies in Germany were recognized by brandeins and Statista. The ranking is intended to provide companies with an overview of which IT service providers in their area are recommended and offer reliable support. Ranking method

The evaluation of IT service providers is based on recommendations from around 5,000 selected IT experts and customers who participated in an online survey between mid-April and mid-May 2024. They were able to evaluate IT service providers in the following eleven areas of application: IT security, training & education, managed services & outsourcing, cloud services, network & storage, mobility, communication & collaboration, software implementation & maintenance, hardware implementation & maintenance, IT consulting, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The survey provides a comprehensive picture of the opinions of experts in the IT industry. The rankings only include companies that have been recommended sufficiently often.
