The program includes, among other things: introductory meetings with our managing directors, colleagues, and trainers; a scavenger hunt through the offices; workshops on various topics to get you started, including working with Scrum, internal and external communication, and using Outlook and Microsoft Teams. The program also includes various simulation games, for example on IT security or diversity.
In the second week, there will be the annual trainee event, which brings together all trainees from the three training years and all trainers.
The onboarding weeks are an important part of our training program, designed to ease the transition into working life and everyday life in our group of companies. This is where initial contacts are made and basic content is taught before vocational school begins.
