We have been consistently ranked among the top German digital agencies for over ten years. This year, we are in 7th place with reported fee revenue of around €92 million and total revenue of approximately €132 million. In the e-commerce sub-ranking, we remain in 4th place, as in the previous year.
The new ranking is due to our internal change process. Fabian Gutsche, CDO team neusta SE: "In this phase, further rapid growth is not our priority. We are currently working specifically on focusing the group of companies with the clear goal of making team neusta leaner, faster, and more efficient. In a challenging market environment, we are focusing on agility and strengthening future-oriented competencies, such as artificial intelligence. Our approach is designed for the long term: we are optimizing structures, reducing complexity, and thus creating the basis for positioning ourselves flexibly and stably in a rapidly changing market."
We are satisfied because the current ranking confirms that even in times of transformation, we remain a constant in the industry.
About the ranking
This year, the 137 participating German full-service digital agencies achieved a combined fee revenue of 2.355 billion euros. This does not include third-party services such as media budgets or software licenses, which are not considered interactive fees. The 137 agencies listed employed a total of 19,285 permanent staff.
The Internet Agency Ranking has been compiled annually since 2001 by the German Digital Economy Association (BVDW) in collaboration with iBusiness, Horizont, and W&V. The industry barometer provides an overview of the full-service Internet agencies with the highest revenues in the German digital market. Competitors are ranked based on fee revenues and employee numbers. The ranking thus offers customers an important guide when searching for a suitable internet agency.
