Bremen, May 17, 2022 – Vitakraft has big plans and was looking for a partner: for knowledge transfer in the IT sector, for the development of forward-looking IT solutions, and to be able to flexibly scale the team size. So in 2020, Vitakraft and team neusta jointly founded the joint venture MOJN. team neusta holds a 30 percent stake in the joint venture. MOJN GmbH acts as a competence center and central point of contact for the Vitakraft Group in the field of IT and digitalization. This is where digital processes are mapped and implemented. Another task is to find sustainable solutions for digital transformation.
It is not yet possible to predict how processes within the company will change in the future. In order to be able to react flexibly to developments in the IT sector, Vitakraft sought support from team neusta. “In the joint venture, we are combining the performance, capacities, and expertise of both companies in order to successfully master the challenges of digital transformation,” says Heinz Gardewin, Managing Director of Vitakraft. The team is made up of former employees of Vitakraft and team neusta. If necessary, the approximately 1,200 experts at team neusta can also be called upon for specific projects. “Respect and mutual trust are at the heart of our collaboration – an important prerequisite for the model to work,” says Carsten Meyer-Heder, managing partner at team neusta.
The team's tasks include consulting, software development, support, and the implementation of IT projects for all Vitakraft locations in Germany and abroad. Its particular areas of expertise are network management, EDI, and SAP. In addition to ensuring ongoing operations, the aim is to further develop and optimize corporate and business processes in line with the latest digital developments.
