Bremen, February 23, 2022 – The digital group is strategically developing the public sector into a separate business area. “With our size and expertise, we are ideally positioned to drive forward digitalization in public administrations,” says Carsten Meyer-Heder, managing partner of team neusta, explaining the move. Since the beginning of February, Cindy Oltmann, an experienced expert, has been responsible for this business area as its representative.
Public administration is faced with the task of implementing a modern IT strategy and meeting the challenges of digitalization. This is where the IT specialists at team neusta can provide ideal support with their wide-ranging expertise. “Recent successes in various tenders confirm our strategic direction. Cindy Oltmann will bundle our activities in the public sector and contribute her network to new projects,” says Meyer-Heder.
Oltmann has already been responsible for numerous projects in this area and has advised public institutions on the implementation of their digital strategies. She has worked for various full-service IT providers with many years of experience in the e-government environment, where she supported public institutions at the federal and state level. Most recently, Cindy Oltmann headed the E-Government Solutions division at Nortal AG. Together with her development teams, she implemented large-scale projects and created an e-government platform for the Berlin administration. She also has experience in developing online services within the framework of the Online Access Act for public institutions in northern Germany. “I am delighted to be able to contribute my many years of experience to team neusta. I want to identify opportunities and continuously develop the public sector business area for the group,” says Oltmann.
