Bremen, June 12, 2024 – In fiscal year 2023, team neusta focused on expanding existing and new business areas. “Our focus was on further consolidating our market position in existing areas, such as Microsoft and Pimcore, while at the same time tapping into new business areas such as finance and customer loyalty,” says Carsten Meyer-Heder, founder and managing partner of team neusta. "In addition, we sold two companies and the corresponding shareholdings for strategic reasons. This brings team neusta's total revenue for 2023 to €163 million."
“We have strategically expanded our portfolio in the finance sector. In our view, the financial industry faces a variety of challenges – be it regulatory requirements, data security & IT security, or changing customer expectations for digital processes. There is a need for digitalization here,” says Meyer-Heder. “To meet this need, we founded the company neusta fintech solutions. Our experts offer customized banking projects and standardized software. Open banking technologies are also used.”
In addition, team neusta holds a majority stake in the Munich-based company Goldmarie & Friends. The background to this is the expansion of services in the marketing sector. “Through our stake in Goldmarie & Friends, we are growing in the areas of customer loyalty, customer referral systems, and digital sales promotion. This enables us to develop innovative solutions for our customers' customers,” explains Meyer-Heder.
Digitalization partner for the International Organization for Migration (IOM)
The digital group took over the centralization of communications with migrants for three country offices of the International Organization for Migration using an omni-channel solution. Microsoft Teams is being integrated as a contact center. In addition, case management based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 is being set up. This increases efficiency and reduces costs, enabling the IOM to act quickly and provide competent assistance in a timely manner.

Pimcore is an award-winning open source software solution with modules for PIM, MDM, DAM, CMS, digital commerce, and CPC.
