Cologne, January 16, 2024 – team neusta expands its digital group with open4business from Friedrichshafen. neusta webservices will take over the company on February 1, 2024. open4business will then be renamed neusta integrate. Around 25 new employees will become part of the digital family. “The strategic goal of the merger is to further develop services in the area of Digital Experience Platform (DXP),” explains Jörg Scholtz, managing partner of neusta webservices.
“We are delighted to become part of team neusta and to drive digital innovation forward together. We have been developing sophisticated digital solutions across a range of industries for over 24 years and have successfully implemented more than 1,200 projects. By joining a market-leading digital group, we can continue to guarantee this for our customers in the future,” says Michael De Stefano, managing director and founder of open4business. With its expertise in software integration, DAM/PIM evaluation, and consulting, the team complements the digital group's DXP know-how. Its customer list includes strong brands such as BMW, Caritas, Edeka, Interhyp, and ZF.
The merger will drive forward topics such as the creation of personalized content and experiences for different user groups, as well as ensuring a consistent brand experience across various channels, such as websites, mobile apps, social media, and more. There will also be an increased focus on simplified content management, including the creation, management, and publication of content across various platforms.
neusta webservices holds the majority of the company shares and Jörg Scholtz will become the new managing director, while Michael De Stefano will remain on the management board. Co-shareholders Marcel Häberle and Dirk Langenheim will also remain with the company, continuing to oversee business operations and business development as before, and will be granted power of attorney in this context. As part of this reorganization, the Krefeld branch will move to team neusta's Cologne location. At the same time, the Friedrichshafen location will remain in place to ensure regional presence and customer proximity.
Scholtz emphasizes: "We have many interfaces and use similar technologies and solutions for projects. The merger is therefore a logical step. We are both long-standing partners of the DXP provider Crownpeak and, through open4business's existing partnership with Ibexa, we are gaining access to another DXP ecosystem. With the integration of open4business, we are pooling resources, expanding our expertise, and strengthening our competitiveness. We are now even better positioned in the digital experience platform sector." As service providers and partners, the teams will continue to work closely with customers to develop customized solutions tailored to their specific needs and goals.
