Bremen, October 9, 2025 – HEC GmbH, a subsidiary of team neusta SE, and BLG LOGISTICS GROUP AG & Co. KG announce the formation of a joint venture: SOI GmbH. The new company will focus on the digital design of logistics processes and innovative IT consulting for the logistics industry. By combining IT expertise and in-depth logistics knowledge, SOI GmbH aims to set new standards for efficiency, flexibility, and future-proofing in logistics.

The founding of SOI GmbH is the result of a long-term initiative developed jointly by BLG and HEC. From the outset, the goal was to strategically combine IT expertise and logistics know-how – with SOI GmbH, this vision is now becoming a reality.
Heiko Müller (HEC GmbH) and Marc Bodenstab (BLG LOGISTICS GROUP) will take over the management of SOI GmbH. Both combine comprehensive expertise in IT and logistics and will apply this expertise in a targeted manner to decisively advance the digital transformation of the logistics industry.

SOI GmbH supports logistics companies in optimizing their IT and process landscape.
