Our loyalty experts developed an international B2B platform to incentivize truck salespeople in 14 countries, offering maximum flexibility for the respective country units while allowing for maximum centralized control by headquarters. The result is impressive!

Shortcuts to the project

The project is characterized by the provision of a comprehensive technical infrastructure that encompasses both backend and frontend. This is based on the proven Django framework for a flexible and robust platform. We are responsible for the complete management of the international program. The assignment included all communication as well as the administration of the rewards shop. We tailored the highly exclusive range of rewards specifically to the needs of the users. The international orientation is supported by global fulfillment and the multilingualism of the platform. Hosting is provided by the Daimler Azure Cloud, which guarantees the highest security standards and reliable performance. For integration into Daimler's existing systems, we used various APIs that enabled seamless connectivity and a smooth flow of information. Adaptation to Daimler's corporate identity ensures a consistent and professional user experience.

From concept to ongoing operation

Our job: An international B2B loyalty platform to incentivize truck salespeople in 14 countries, offering maximum flexibility for the country units while allowing for maximum central control by headquarters. A flexible concept that can be adapted to the legal and target group-specific conditions of each country. From the implementation of the platform, including the backend, loyalty engine, and frontends, to a rewards shop tailored to each country, to scheduling, fulfillment, rewards shipping, and customer care, we manage the entire program as a full-service solution. This is how we have created a convenient, comprehensive loyalty and incentive solution. The customer has entrusted us with the international incentivization of their truck salespeople.
