Shortcuts to the project
To ensure that the new PSP could not only process customer payments to payment providers, it also had to be connected to the New Skies reservation system, the SAP financial system, and the various credit card acquirers. The project team consisted of the project manager, developers from TUI InfoTec, experts from the specialist departments at TUI and TUI fly, and contact persons on the PSP and credit card acquirer sides. The challenge of the project was to organize the exchange of information primarily remotely due to the different international locations of the project members. We succeeded in discreetly replacing the PSP for TUI fly's end customers and seamlessly processing all payments via the new system from the go-live date onwards.
Analysis and Concept
In the first step, the project manager carried out an analysis of the current situation and then developed a concept for the SAP system.
Roadmap and coordination
He then set about drawing up a comprehensive roadmap and coordinating the coordination and programming of new interfaces between the project members.
Accompany and support
He then supervised the data migration to the SAP system and provided technical support during the subsequent test phase.
