Shortcuts to the project
For a financial services provider in the automotive industry, we set up three remote teams to take responsibility for the development and support of central systems. In addition, we organized collaboration with the specialist coordination team and technical contacts so that the teams could work in an agile, sprint-based manner. This allows our customer to focus on its core processes and rely on established teams to implement requirements.
We used SAFe as our project management approach, as our client has to work with requirements from many different areas. By dividing the employees with experience in this environment among the teams, we were able to ensure that all other colleagues were quickly and productively trained. Agile Masters provided the teams with constant, intensive support. By developing important ideas for refactoring the existing applications, we moved step by step closer to our goal of optimizing both the maintainability and stability of the systems.
