Shortcuts to the project
The goal of the new web-based application was to improve networking between companies, optimize loads and orders, and reduce empty runs. We summarized the results of the project planning in a project outline with a description of the performance characteristics (product backlog), the budget for implementation, and an estimate of the time required. The portal is currently being used by around 10 freight forwarders, who are now able to combine orders for outward and return journeys and have already significantly reduced their empty runs as a result.
