Due to constant changes in the telecommunications industry, EWE TEL faced the challenge of consolidating complex information—including wholesale products, connection addresses, and contracts with other carriers—and providing this information daily in SPR/I format. Our solution: the innovative Replicare application. This application collects the necessary data on a daily basis and creates the corresponding replicas in SPR/I format, taking complex rules into account. An outstanding feature of this solution is its ability to process large amounts of data – the largest export reached an impressive 30GB of pure text file.

Requirements of the telecommunications industry
The telecommunications industry is subject to constant change. A key development was the introduction of vectoring, which has enabled higher DSL speeds since the Federal Network Agency's decision in 2016. Technical adjustments to cable distribution boxes are necessary for efficient use. A simplified approach is Bitstream Access (BSA), which allows carriers to provide products via the infrastructure of other providers. The project demonstrates the importance of BSA and the innovative capabilities of EWE TEL. The Replicare application we developed provides significant support for data consolidation and process optimization and strengthens EWE TEL's position in the market.
