In the KnowledgeBot, employees can also ask questions in natural language and receive answers based on the content of the Knowledge Repository, which is fed into the AI via a Multi-RAG system.

This ensures that valuable knowledge is preserved and available 24/7, even when the relevant experts are on well-deserved vacation or have retired.
