Bremen, 12.06.2024 - In the 2023 financial year, team neusta concentrated on expanding existing and new business areas. “Our focus was on further consolidating our market position in existing areas, such as Microsoft and Pimcore, while at the same time developing new business areas such as finance and customer loyalty,” says Carsten Meyer-Heder, founder and managing partner of team neusta. "We have also sold two companies and the corresponding investments for strategic reasons. This brings team neusta's total turnover for 2023 to 163 million euros."
"We have strategically expanded our portfolio in the area of finance. In our view, the financial sector is facing a variety of challenges - be it regulatory requirements, data security & IT security or changing customer expectations of digital processes. There is a need for digitalization here,” says Meyer-Heder. "We founded the company neusta fintech solutions to meet this need. Our experts offer individual banking projects as well as standardized software. Open banking technologies are also used."
In addition, team neusta holds a majority stake in the Munich-based company Goldmarie & Friends. The background to this is the expansion of services in the area of marketing. "Through our investment in Goldmarie & Friends, we are growing into the areas of customer loyalty, customer referral systems and digital sales promotion. This enables us to develop innovative solutions for our customers' customers,” explains Meyer-Heder.
Digitalization partner for the International Organization for Migration (IOM)
The digital group has taken over the centralization of communication with migrants for three country offices of the International Organization for Migration using an omni-channel solution. Microsoft Teams is integrated as a contact center. A case management system based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 is also being set up. This increases efficiency and reduces costs, enabling the IOM to act quickly and provide competent assistance in a timely manner.
Pimcore Platinum Partner
Pimcore is an award-winning open source software solution with modules for PIM, MDM, DAM, CMS, Digital Commerce and CPC. The experts at team neusta have been a Pimcore Gold Partner since 2018 and are continuously expanding their portfolio - including in projects for customers such as Henkell Freixenet and Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences. This underlines the comprehensive know-how of our certified Pimcore experts and our broad Pimcore portfolio,” notes Meyer-Heder.

For the fourth time, brandeins and Statista have identified the best IT service providers in Germany - and team neusta is one of them. A total of 288 companies are listed in the ranking. "We are delighted to receive an overall recommendation of 3 out of 4 stars in the ranking of the best IT service providers. We were recognized in the IT consulting and software implementation & maintenance categories. For us, this is a sign that the quality of our services is recognized and recommended by others,” says Meyer-Heder.
Outlook for 2024
For 2024, team neusta plans to further strengthen its existing business areas and tap into new growth potential. "We currently have two topics increasingly on the agenda: accessibility and the use of AI to optimize processes. For example, we are advising our customers across all sectors on where they can use AI to optimize their processes. We have also rolled out Copilot and are testing it. We provide our employees with intensive training and further education in the field of AI. This also applies to the topic of accessibility,” explains Meyer-Heder. “We are confident that we will be able to further expand our market position through targeted investments in technology and partnerships and offer our customers individual, tailor-made solutions.”
