There was a full program, including introductory sessions with managers, colleagues and trainers as well as a scavenger hunt through the shed. Lego robots were also assembled and then programmed. Workshops were held to introduce the content - for example, on how to work with Scrum, how to communicate internally and with customers and how to use Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
The second week also saw the annual trainee event - all trainees from the three years of training and all digital family trainers took part in the Cap San Diego in Hamburg.
Onboarding is a basic building block of training to make it easier to start your career and everyday life in our group of companies. This is where the first contacts are made and the initial content is learned before the vocational school starts.
